The Amazon Rainforest, often referred to as Amazonia, spans several countries in South America. These countries include: Brazil,Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana (an overseas region of France). However the largest part belongs to Brazil, approximately 60%.

 

The Amazon Rainforest is not only a natural treasure for many countries but also home to numerous indigenous communities, relying on its resources for medicinal plants, sustainable agriculture and cultural practices.

The Amazon Rainforest, often referred to as the "lungs of the Earth," is one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet. Spanning over nine countries in South America, it is home to countless species of plants, animals, and indigenous communities. This vast ecosystem plays a critical role in regulating the world’s climate, producing oxygen, and absorbing carbon dioxide. However, it's also a delicate environment under threat from deforestation, making its preservation crucial not only for the region but for the entire world.

  • Hand Craftsmanship

    Each candle is made in small batches and individually crafted. Due to the personalized attention each candle gets when making, there may be slight imperfections such as different shades of color and air bubbles in the cement, which is normal.  Don't worry, this will not alter the way the candle burns, that candle was handcrafted just for you!

    All of our products are personally and diligently inspected before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will be able to replace or refund your product if damaged during the delivery process with photographic proof sent to Lua Light Candle Co. within 5 days of delivery.
