Refund Policy

All of our products are personally and diligently inspected before they are shipped. Used/ burned candles cannot be returned or refunded. If the product was damaged during shipping (only) we will replace it for the same product or give you a refund.  Photographic proof must be sent to Lua Light Candle Co. within 3 days of delivery. You may submit this to: "hello@lualightcandle.com" . Please include: "Your name"; "Email & Phone number"; "The product name"; "Delivery date"; "Picture of damaged goods".

If the product(s) to be replaced due to shipping damage are out of stock, Lua Light Candle Co. will replace the item when it comes back into stock. 

You may also exchange your unused and undamaged product(s) for other product(s) totaling the same value within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.
